Policies
ARRIVAL
To make sure your spa experience is as seemless as possible, we kindly request that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time.
APPOINTMENTS
Your treatment arrangements and selected appointment times are held exclusively for you. Reservations are subject to availability. A credit card number is required to book an appointment.
LATE ARRIVAL
As a courtesy to following clients, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment time and will be charged the full service fee.
CANCELLATIONS
We respectfully request that cancellations or changes to appointments be made at least 24 hours in advance. Patients that do not honor their appointments will be charged as follows:
More than 24 hour notice = No fee will be applied
Less than 24 hour notice = 50% of the service will be charged
No Show = 100% of the service will be charged
*Any Botox appointment cancelled in less than 24 hours of appointment time will incur a $75cancellation fee.
For patients that have purchased a series and you cancel less than 24 hours you will forfeit the appointment you missed. For example if you have purchased a series of 6 and you miss the 3rd session, that 3rd session will be forfeited. All services are non-refundable. Credit is offered to you for any remaining treatments in your packages and may be used for any other service in our spa within one year of the original date of purchase.
RETURN POLICY
We will accept any retail item back within 7 days of purchase in exchange for another product that may better accommodate your needs.

We accept all major credit cards.
